By combining survey-based research, social listening, and AI visibility data, Odyssey gives brands a more complete view of their market position. The platform helps marketing teams track brand health, understand perception shifts, and identify opportunities for growth in an increasingly complex media landscape.

The Role

As Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Odyssey is understood, talked about, and remembered.

Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help develop positioning, narratives, content, and initiatives that strengthen Odyssey’s brand and support its continued growth. You’ll translate complex topics, consumer insights, market research, and branding into stories, perspectives, and content that senior marketing leaders actually want to engage with.

This role sits somewhere between brand, content, growth, and strategy. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing. Someone who gets excited about developing an idea, but is equally happy bringing it to life through content, events, campaigns, and new initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is intellectually curious, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in how brands grow.

You enjoy understanding complex topics and turning them into compelling ideas. You have strong instincts for storytelling, positioning, and communication, but you’re also hands-on and comfortable making things happen.

You likely have:

  • Experience within marketing, communications, growth, strategy, brand, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Experience creating content, thought leadership, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • A genuine interest in technology, AI, data, automation, and modern marketing.
  • A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to test new ideas while staying structured and thoughtful in execution.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
