ProptechOS is a leading provider of Property Technology solutions, offering a cloud-based SaaS operating system designed to optimize and manage real estate operations. The platform, based on RealEstateCore standards, empowers property owners to streamline their operations, develop innovative tenant services, and efficiently manage their digital portfolio.


We are now seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join the small and ambitious team at ProptechOS. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving material principles and best practices for clients, cultivating relationships with large customers, and generating increased growth for the company. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, and driving successful sales of complex solutions.

Part of the role will be to identify and pursue opportunities to onboard large customers and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts. You will set, and drive the sales process for complex solutions, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. For this, collaboration with the internal team is necessary  to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a strong focus on the changes within the property sector, targeting larger companies within the industry.

For this role we are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within larger organizations and with long sale cycles. You obviously have a customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and autonomous work environment.

Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus and willingness to travel as needed.
