As Scrum Master, you drive agile maturity and cultivate high-performing flow within a design team operating in a SAFe environment. Grounded in a strong technical mindset, you facilitate daily ceremonies, clear operational blockers, optimize sprint execution, and coach the team toward continuous improvement.
Beyond core team-level facilitation, you help shape the operational picture, refining feature roadmaps, translating complex product visions into prioritized sprint backlogs, and standardizing cross-functional workflows. You bridge project level direction with hands-on execution, keeping the Program Lead, peer facilitators, and engineering teams aligned toward predictable, value-driven delivery.
The work spans early R&D exploration through to production-grade design delivery, supporting several parallel development tracks and working closely with internal product and engineering teams.
The team is lean and work closely together, so roles are naturally a bit fluid. You’ll help shape priorities, track scope and timelines, and fill in where needed, not because it’s asked of you, but because that’s how we work. If you bring real depth in agile facilitation along with the range to support the team more broadly, you’ll feel at home here.
