Thevea Brands Group, including the brand Tretorn, is looking for a Production Manager to coordinate and drive the production of brand and marketing content – from campaign shoots and product launches to e-commerce and social content.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn creative briefs into clear production plans, keeping timelines, budgets, logistics and deliverables on track. You’ll coordinate photo and film shoots, external partners and freelancers, support on set, manage post-production workflows and make sure the right assets reach the right teams and channels on time.

You’ll work at the centre of the creative, marketing and e-commerce teams – creating structure around the creative process and solving whatever needs to be solved along the way.
We’re looking for a structured and proactive doer who enjoys taking ownership and keeping multiple moving parts together. Experience from photo and film productions is highly relevant, and experience from fashion, outdoor, lifestyle or another brand-driven environment is a strong plus.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.
Location: Stockholm or Helsingborg.
