Yazen is looking for a Web Growth Manager who combines analytical thinking with strong operational execution. Someone who understands how content, UX, structure and conversion work together — and who enjoys continuously improving digital experiences based on user behaviour and insights.
In this role, you will own and optimise Yazen’s web presence across markets. Your mission is to make the website more relevant, clearer, more engaging and better at converting visitors into patients.
You will work closely with Growth, Creative, Content and Tech to identify opportunities, prioritise improvements and drive initiatives that create measurable business impact. One day you might analyse funnel performance and improve landing pages, the next you’re refining copy, updating content in Webflow or coordinating the launch of a new country website.
This is a highly hands-on and operational role with broad ownership of the website as a growth channel. You do not need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable working in modern CMS tools like Webflow, managing content updates, QA’ing changes and collaborating with technical teams and external partners.
