Sana aims to drastically improve access to knowledge – unlocking progress on a scale never seen before. They are working towards a world where knowledge is not only more accessible, but also empowers individuals to achieve more than they thought possible.

With a world-class team in Stockholm, London and New York, Sana collaborates with some of the world’s leading companies across industries, helping them with everything from seamless knowledge management and onboarding to highly engaging live meetings.

Now, they’re looking to strengthen their marketing team with someone who can help tell that story.

About this role

At Sana, marketing is lean, hands-on and global. They’re now looking for someone who can shape how their story is told – from product launches to viral brand moments.

You’ll be telling stories at the intersection of brand and product, translating complex tech into narratives that resonate. The role spans across formats and channels – from crisp product explainers to campaigns that capture the zeitgeist.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of marketers working across brand, platform and agent products. Everyone at Sana is a doer – ownership and responsibility sit close to the individual. That means you’ll have the freedom to test, create, and iterate quickly, without layers of process.

Sana is looking for someone with proven taste and a strong sense of craft, able to stretch across disciplines and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You don’t need a classic marketing background – what matters is excellence in execution, an instinct for storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into work that travels.

You thrive on impact over process, adapt quickly, and bring energy and clarity to complex challenges.
