Product Lead

In the role as Product Lead you will own the product roadmap, own the backlog, scope the work and lead the Scrum meetings – as well as frequent communications with- and management of stakeholder expectations.

You will work closely with the Product Team (designers, developers and testers) and stakeholders (support, sales, management). In this role you will not have a formal personnel responsibility but will indirectly lead the team through Scrum meetings and roadmap/backlog work.

To thrive in this role we believe that you are a proactive person, someone who sees the problems ahead and can pave the way for all the product work that needs to be done. You have experience in product ownership and stakeholder management and a good understanding of design, UX and tech. If you also have experience in a start up environment and/or international environment that is a plus.
