About the roleThis is a role for someone who loves the combination of people, business and talent.
At TRIB, talent is everyone’s business. We all spend time meeting great people, building our networks and making connections between exceptional talent and exciting companies.
You might have a background in recruitment, executive search or consulting, but more importantly, you understand and are genuinely curious about the world we work in. You know your way around Marketing, Growth, Product, Design or Tech and are interested in the people, companies and ideas shaping these fields. An interest in tech and AI is definitely a plus.
The role also has a clear commercial side. You enjoy building relationships, making new connections and spotting opportunities. Sales and business development feel like a natural part of the job, whether that means growing existing client relationships or turning a great conversation into something new.
And if business development is something you’re particularly interested in, there’s plenty of room to do more of it. We’re a small company, which means you can have a real impact on how we grow and help shape where TRIB goes next.
You’re comfortable working independently, taking initiative and making things happen. At the same time, you genuinely enjoy collaborating and being part of a team.
