In this role, you will be responsible for strategically driving traffic to their website, a key focus area. Your duties will include developing and overseeing marketing strategies across Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and managing the sale of media space on their website and newsletters. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Purchasing Manager, your team, and the CEO, and you will lead a dynamic team of 4-5 marketing professionals.
The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the field, preferably with a focus on e-commerce. Proficiency in performance marketing and a strong understanding of e-commerce drivers, including barter agreements, partnerships, and brand development, are crucial. Experience as a Marketing Manager or similar, particularly in international and multi-office organizations, is desirable. A passion for hunting and outdoor activities will be a significant advantage.
