Rather than focusing solely on traditional sales, this position emphasizes a consultative and collaborative approach. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through challenges and opportunities, while also contributing to how Silver+ packages, positions, and delivers its offerings. From initial conversations to sustained collaborations, you’ll oversee the client journey with an emphasis on impact, clarity, and mutual success.
They are looking for someone with experience driving business development and client growth, ideally within a branding, design, or advertising agency environment. You should have a proven ability to identify and shape business opportunities — not just closing deals, but creating long-term value through smart, well-grounded recommendations and a deep understanding of client needs. You know how to lead complex dialogues, build trust, and guide clients through both strategic and creative processes.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential, as is the ability to confidently lead pitches, presentations, and negotiations. You’re someone who naturally builds relationships and thrives in a role where you’re both a representative of the agency and a trusted advisor to your clients. A solid understanding of the branding and design industry is key — and an existing network of relevant contacts is definitely a plus.
A key part of the role is close collaboration with Silver, a strategic brand and design agency in Stockholm. Together, you’ll ensure client needs are met while helping shape and evolve Silver+’s offering and value proposition.
