Founded in Stockholm, built on strong design principles, and grown into a global DTC e-commerce business with a complex systems landscape across ERP, payments, logistics and integrations. Today, they’re on a journey towards becoming a leading brand in the home and interiors segment – with serious momentum behind them as one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses in Sweden over the past few years.

They’ve built a solid in-house tech foundation early on, now they need someone to take it to the next level.

The role:
You’ll take full ownership of the company’s technology landscape.

That means, but is not limited to:

• Defining the long-term tech strategy
• Bringing structure and prioritisation to a fast-moving environment
• Leading and unifying the tech team
• Making sure the right things get built, and actually create impact

This is not about maintaining what exists. It’s about deciding what should exist next and getting there.

What you’ll do:

• Set and execute the overall tech strategy
• Own architecture across both customer-facing and internal systems
• Bring clarity to backlog, priorities and decision-making
• Lead and develop the tech team
• Drive how data and AI are actually used in the business
• Take ownership of security, governance and infrastructure
• Partner closely with leadership across the company

In other words, you’ll get to decide what should be built, what should be automated and how tech becomes a real competitive advantage.

You’re probably someone who:

• Has led tech teams in scaleups or fast-growing environments
• Is comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on discussions
• Has experience with modern stacks (Node/TypeScript or similar)
• Is genuinely curious about AI – not just talking about it, but applying it
• Has worked in an e-commerce environment (or similar)
