If you haven’t come across Nordic Knots before – they’re one of those rare brands that combine strong product, sharp aesthetics and serious growth. Built out of Stockholm, scaled globally (with the US as their main market), and now on a journey towards becoming a leading design authority in the home.
Behind that? A fairly complex system setup that needs to run smoothly, every single day. That’s where you come in.
The role:
You’ll take ownership of IT Operations and Business Central that works across the business, not just technically, but in practice.
That means:
- Being the go-to person when something breaks (and making sure it doesn’t happen again)
- Supporting teams across customer service, logistics, finance and commercial
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and improving flows across ERP, payments, warehouse and internal tools
- A big part of the role is hands-on support (around 70%), especially early on. But the expectation is that you gradually move into improving and optimising how everything works together.
What you’ll actually do:
- Own day-to-day system support and troubleshooting across the stack
- Monitor error logs and proactively fix issues before they escalate
- Support internal teams in getting the most out of their tools
- Improve processes and remove manual workarounds
- Work closely with developers, vendors and partners on integrations
- Help build structure, documentation and long-term stability
You’re probably someone who:
- Has worked hands-on with Business Central (or similar ERP)
- Understands how systems connect to real-world operations (orders, payments, logistics)
- Is comfortable being the person people go to when things don’t work
- Enjoys solving messy, real problems – not just clean technical tasks
- Curious about how tools and automation can improve workflows over time
- You don’t need to be a developer. But you’re curious, maybe already exploring tools like Claude or similar, and interested in how systems can become smarter over time. Experience from e-commerce, retail or product-based companies will help a lot.
Why this role?
Because you’ll:
- Sit at the center of how the business operates day-to-day
- Work closely with multiple teams, not in a silo
- Have real ownership over a critical part of the company
- Join a brand that’s already successful, but still early in how it scales its systems
Practical:
- Based on-site in Stockholm (HQ at Birger Jarlsgatan)
- Full-time
- Part of a growing international team across Sweden, US and UK
