
Nordic Knots is looking for a Technical Project Lead to join the team in Stockholm. We are searching for an experienced operations and systems professional with a strong process mindset and a hands-on approach to delivery. You should be structured, curious and motivated by building the foundations that allow a fast-growing brand to scale with clarity and control.
The Role
As Technical Project Lead, you will own the successful delivery of technical projects across Nordic Knots’ systems landscape and customer-facing e-commerce platform. From system integrations and implementations to new site features and frontend initiatives, you will ensure projects are delivered in a scalable and business-critical way.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge business needs and technical delivery, spanning our e-commerce platform, ERP, CRM, PIM, payment solutions and fulfilment operations. Working closely with teams across Operations, Logistics, Finance, E-commerce and Customer Experience, you will play a central role in ensuring projects move smoothly from idea to implementation. This role combines cross-functional ownership with hands-on execution.
What you’ll actually do
- Lead technical projects across Nordic Knots’ business systems and e-commerce platform, from planning and scoping through to launch and handover.
- Act as the operational project lead for new website functionality, feature launches and customer-facing improvements, ensuring alignment between frontend development and backend systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across systems, integrations and development teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure systems, integrations and processes are scalable, fit for purpose and aligned with the overall tech landscape.
- Drive adoption of new tools, workflows and ways of working across the organisation.
You’re probably someone who
- Has experience leading system implementations, integrations or other cross-functional technology projects.
- Is comfortable working across ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS or similar business-critical systems.
- Understands how systems, integrations and data flows work together, and can confidently collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys balancing structure, problem-solving and hands-on execution.
- Brings experience from e-commerce, retail or DTC environments (highly valued).
