Website Manager

Company X

We are looking for a digital native who knows the in’s and out’s of building websites. And in cases where there isn’t enough hands-on previous experience, this person has the curiosity and drive to figure out what will work. Being enthusiastic about technical change and wants to keep up to date.

Sofia Hansen

Head of Operations

Sofia Hansen

As website manager you will work closely with the communications team in terms of content and copy,  it’s more important that you know how to analyze website behavior and develop the site based on commercial and strategic interests rather than working with copy and design. Although skills and a keen interest in these areas are obviously a bonus.  You know GA4 and understand tracking fundamentals and can help developing an analytics framework to help all the growth team members understand performance and optimize from there.

It’s key that previous website managing experience is linked to commercial goals, either e-commerce or lead gen. A big plus would be previous experience of working in a B2B company where lead generation is key to success.

This is perfect if you have;

  • A relevant academic background within website development or Digital Marketing with website focus.
  • 5+ years experience in a Website manager role or a Digital specialist role, preferably at a B2B scale-up.
  • Proven experience of hands-on experience of building and developing sites. Preferably in Webflow.
  • Good understanding of B2B Marketing
  • Good knowledge of website and marketing analytics and of tracking and attribution.
  • Experience of growing a site internationally.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
All the best,
