CIKO is a transition organization founded in 2019 by the employers’ association Fremia and LO. CIKO implements the Fremia-LO transition agreements, which include opportunities for support through career transition and guidance initiatives as well as financial compensation. The agreements cover around 140,000 people and aim to help individuals find new employment after being laid off due to redundancy or health issues, or to pursue further education while still employed.
For this role, we’re looking for an UX Designer who loves language as much as flow – someone who knows that the wording on a button, the tone of an error message, or the rhythm of an instruction can be the difference between confusion and clarity.
You won’t just shape interactions – you’ll ensure that the text guides, explains, and enhances the experience. Making the language feel human, clear, and consistent is just as important as the design itself.
Who do we think you are?
- You design interactions where words and actions work together.
- You write clear, accessible, and brand-aligned microcopy.
- You test phrasing to understand how language influences behavior.
- You have a sharp sense for information hierarchy, tone of voice, and context.
We’re looking for a mid-level designer – confident enough to work independently, curious enough to grow with the team. Someone who brings positive energy and wants to create user experiences that feel clear, human, and well thought out, where language is as vital to design as layout.
