As a Senior UX Designer at Handelsbanken, you’ll be taking on a strategic role and working closely with designers, as well as colleagues from the business and tech teams. Your main focus will be on facilitation and building strong connections with the business side of things. You’ll dive deep into user and business research, testing out ideas, and creating detailed concepts for digital channels. Your knowledge in the UX field is probably quite broad both when it comes to the design process as well as the sectors you’ve worked in during your career.
Your responsibilities will also include visualizing concepts and solutions using sketches, prototypes, and blueprints. You have a strategic perspective when working with design and can balance both design, tech and business perspectives. And of course, we’ll be counting on your expertise in human-centered design methodologies to make sure their team and stakeholders are all about that customer-centricity. Think workshops, brainstorming sessions, and more!
