Program Manager

You’ll act as the strategic backbone of a complex program, aligning design, research, and engineering teams while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. The role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and ownership of delivery, structure, and risk management.

We’re looking for someone with experience in program leadership within automotive, ideally working with HMI, digital products, or connected vehicle platforms, and a strong background in agile delivery in complex environments.

The role is based in Stockholm, where Edenspiekermann, (together with their partner Appsfactory), is currently establishing a new office. The team already includes two colleagues on-site, with additional collaboration from their Berlin studio.
