Product Managers at Simployer have the autonomy to create great products. They work together in product teams and solve problems on the go. They recently acquired AlexisHR to further their goal of becoming the top choice for employees and customers in Northern Europe.

What They’re Looking For

  • Role: As a Product Manager at Simployer, you’ll manage a product area within the Alexis HRM suite. With hundreds of opportunities in the pipeline, you’ll need to prioritize strategically and ship features effectively.
  • Work: You’ll work together with product designers and engineering managers who will manage the details and the delivery. Your job is to analyze, specify, validate and ensure everything ships. 
  • Stakeholders: collaborate and communicate across the company from sales, customer success, executive management to ensuring alignment and confidence. 
  • Skills: They’re looking for someone with ability to ship products, broad experience in product management, adept at handling multiple priorities, and capable of connecting with commercial teams.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in product management, with a strong background in SaaS and /or B2B environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Define product initiatives and handle product discovery.
  • Create and handover specifications to engineering managers.
  • Connect with product marketing and sales to ensure alignment.
  • Work with the team to deliver top-notch products that delight their customers.
