Product Leads

We’re now looking for Product Leads to join Legora’s exciting journey. These are high-impact roles that involve leading cross-functional teams to build AI-native experiences that are powerful, reliable, and transformative for legal professionals.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features – from discovery to launch to iteration
• Develop and optimize product planning cycles and launch processes
• Collaborate with engineers to explore the latest models and system designs
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences for legal users
• Navigate technical complexity, regulatory requirements, and user needs to prioritise effectively
• Define KPIs and use data and feedback to continuously improve product performance
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, legal experts, and customers
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive product performance

Who we think you are:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally launching 0-1 products
• Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams; familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, or fine-tuning
• Strong analytical skills; understanding of SQL and familiarity with tools like Looker, PostHog, Mixpanel, Hex, and Excel
• A sharp product sense with the ability to create valuable and intuitive user experiences
• Exceptional communication skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Passionate about the transformative potential of AI and its real-world impact
