We’re happy to welcome Open Air Group to TRIB. A fast-growing Nordic holding company now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help them reach their goal of becoming the leading online retailer within equipment for hunting and outdoor.

It comprises well-known hunting brands such as Chevalier, Tracker, WeHunt, Burrel and Aclima along with e-retailers such as and Their main goal is to develop best in class products and services to become the leading online retailer within hunting, dogs and outdoor life.

About the role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Open Air Group you will be a key player in leading their digital journey. You will take ownership of the performance marketing machinery placing significant attention on SEM. In this role you will manage digital projects and support and consult different stakeholders within the group and at the same time be the main point of contact for their external digital marketing agency. 

Who are you?

We believe that you are a results-driven Performance marketeer with a deep knowledge in SEM. You have the ability to work independently and are used to working closely with different C-level/board-level stakeholders. Your knowledge in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics is deep and you have a genuine passion for digital marketing and an enthusiasm for staying ajour of innovations in the field. You have acquired experience in managing substantial budgets and possess the expertise to maximize the value of your investments. To thrive in this role you enjoy working both strategically and hands-on and are fully capable of self-leadership. 

Your daily activities will include:

  • Develop and manage the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) setup for individual companies within the group, overseeing 11 Google Ads accounts and 11 Microsoft Ads accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the digital marketing agency, effectively coordinating efforts and initiatives for the individual companies within the group.
  • Analyze customer behavior and marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
  • Devise effective strategies and tactics to enhance the growth and value of online marketing investments
  • Manage projects and stakeholders within the group, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes
  • Consult the marketing managers regarding the financial plan and budgets for digital marketing within the group, ensuring effective resource allocation
