As the Marketing Manager, your responsibility will encompass the promotion of both the trip itself and the onboard experiences. You will work in a small, close-knit team dedicated specifically to this vessel and its extensive offerings. Your role will involve planning and executing compelling marketing initiatives and secure online sales. You will own the marketing plan and manage the media planning. Driving campaigns and projects tied to marketing and online sales will be at the core of your responsibilities, as you become the point of contact for the in-house marketing team, but also external agencies and suppliers.
We are searching for someone who is self-driven and skilled at making things happen. Who has worked in diverse marketing roles, spanning both B2B and B2C landscapes? You will hold the over all responsibility for strategy, plan and implementation so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and dive into analysis and customer journey, campaign planning, and production management. As part of a small team, you must be a proactive doer, ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is an essential requirement for this position.
