Your Mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies that drive member acquisition and strengthen engagement throughout the member journey. Reporting to the Head of Communication, Acquisition & Education, you will:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop data-driven marketing plans to attract new members and increase member retention.
- Content Leadership: Craft compelling content for digital channels, CRM campaigns, and targeted media that resonates with Sweden’s police force
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid media campaigns across social media, SEM, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies.
- CRM Optimization: Enhance the member experience through CRM initiatives, analyzing data to identify opportunities and optimize engagement.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts align with strategic goals.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage insights from campaign data to refine strategies, optimize content, and maximize impact.
Who You Are:
You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for digital marketing and data-driven decision-making. You’re not only creative but also analytical, with a passion for optimizing member journeys and driving engagement. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in campaign management, media buying, and digital content production.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills – you’re a strategic storyteller who can translate insights into compelling content.
- Experience in public sector, membership-based, or non-profit organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, Optimizely, and Canva.
- Passion for social impact and the mission of Polisförbundet.
- Fluency in Swedish is essential, as you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to craft messaging that resonates across all channels.
