Haypp operates in seven markets, has a turnover of 3–4 billion SEK, and is a leader in a highly regulated category. Now, they’re shifting from managing multiple local brands to creating a cohesive, global brand experience, and this role is central to making that happen.
As Head of Brand, you’ll set the direction for how Haypp’s store brands are positioned and communicated across organic channels – including websites, CRM, social and digital PR. You’ll report to the CMO and work closely with senior stakeholders to align brand and business, guide the brand strategy, and build the foundations for a unified brand presence across 14 European sites.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and real-world brand-building experience.
In this role, you will:
- Define and lead the development of a scalable brand platform
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints – web, CRM, PR, and social
- Collaborate across marketing, product, CRM, and local teams
- Navigate brand-building in a regulated environment
- Use insights and data to guide and optimise brand work
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in senior brand strategy roles – preferably in e-commerce
- Knows how to drive brand transformation in complex or regulated settings
- Understands digital, organic, and content-driven brand building
- Can work cross-functionally and influence without direct ownership
- Communicates clearly and thinks both strategically and pragmatically
