As a Digital Project Manager (Digital Specialist) at Skandia, you’ll drive digital development projects and projects concerning digital sales and service, as well as overall technical hygiene.
In this role, you will work with different departments and business goals, for example working closely with UX for a tight customer journey, or with analysts and quality assurance to make sure that the channels deliver according to the customers expectations and needs. You will hold the operational ownership of the digital channels and will be involved from start to finish in the projects regarding this, which will take place in an agile and mature environment.
To succeed in this role you are probably a business-oriented doer, combined with a team-player attitude. You are familiar with the SAFe framework and are used to working in a larger organisation with complex questions and tasks, and towards several stakeholders.
