Digital Project Manager Web

Skandia

Look who’s back! Our good old friend Skandia wants help finding a new star to join their CXM team. Skandia offers occupational pension and health insurance, also mortgages and secure savings, this by keeping the customers interest at heart. This is where you come in. Because the CXM team holds the agenda for change and improvement of the digital customer experience.

Do you want to work with digital service and sales for one of the largest customer-owned banking and insurance groups? Do you have experience working with the development of digital channels and first-class customer service, then this might be the job for you.

As a Digital Project Manager (Digital Specialist) at Skandia, you’ll drive digital development projects and projects concerning digital sales and service, as well as overall technical hygiene.

In this role, you will work with different departments and business goals, for example working closely with UX for a tight customer journey, or with analysts and quality assurance to make sure that the channels deliver according to the customers expectations and needs. You will hold the operational ownership of the digital channels and will be involved from start to finish in the projects regarding this, which will take place in an agile and mature environment.

To succeed in this role you are probably a business-oriented doer, combined with a team-player attitude. You are familiar with the SAFe framework and are used to working in a larger organisation with complex questions and tasks, and towards several stakeholders.

On top of this, you have a proven track record of being an awesome colleague 🙂

All the best,
