The delivery function at Atlar strives to deliver value to their customers and revenue for their business by implementing Atlar’s products for their new customers.
In this role you will onboard their new customers and make sure to implement them in the product. In addition to this, a large part of the role is focused on optimising time-to-launch by also improving documentation, processes and ways of working.
As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Atlar’s delivery organisation and define the customer strategy that fuels their growth.
This role is perfect for you if you;
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have minimum 3 years of experience with great performance in customer success, management consulting, project management, or product operations experience
- Great project management and time management skills
- Experience working with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot and ideate workarounds as needed
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and position product solutions accordingly
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
