As a Content Manager in their Marketing Center, you will handle local marketing and serve as a marketing resource for selected hotels. Your work will alternate between strategic planning, acting as a sounding board for your partners, and hands-on content creation and distribution across all digital channels. The role requires that you are social and adaptable to the varying needs of the hotels.
We believe you have the following knowledge and experience:
• Practical experience working with paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn (Google Ads is a plus)
• Web publishing (various CMS) • Meta Business Manager
• Creative writing (creating, planning, and optimizing)
• Digital marketing, including content marketing
• Social media
• SEO
• SEM (a plus)
• Canva/Photoshop
• Web analytics
• Project management
Here’s what you will be working on:
• Planning, executing, and following up on paid advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Developing and implementing content strategies and campaign plans
• Creating and publishing organic posts on social media
• Creating text and image content, as well as driving traffic to the hotels’ websites
• Tracking KPIs and results
• Ensuring content quality across the platforms and channels where the hotels are active (e.g., third-party platforms)
• Finding synergies between central and local marketing efforts
• Maintaining ongoing contact and meetings with “your hotels” to evaluate, revise, and collaborate for success
