This new role offers the opportunity to shape how Mips collaborates both strategically and operationally with key talent worldwide. The position carries strategic responsibility for Mips’ athlete and ambassador program, including portfolio development, relationship building, as well as negotiating and managing partnerships and contracts.

In this role, you will work closely with Team Mips, Mips’ group of top athletes and teams in cycling, winter sports, and motorsports who represent the brand globally. You will help develop and strengthen these relationships while driving awareness, credibility, and long-term brand equity.

In addition to working with Team Mips, you will also be responsible for expanding and managing a broader network of ambassadors. As Mips continues to grow, there is a clear ambition to broaden the portfolio, both geographically and into new sports categories, ensuring structured and meaningful engagement that supports brand growth across markets and segments.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will act as the natural link between the athletes and the internal marketing team, ensuring that plans are clear, structured, and executed effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Own and develop the overall athlete and ambassador strategy
• Broaden and shape the athlete portfolio in line with brand and market priorities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with athletes, teams and managers
• Develop annual plans and activation frameworks for each athlete
• Ensure alignment between athlete commitments and marketing plans
• Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements in close collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with internal key stakeholders to maximize impact
• Travel to competitions and events to strengthen relationships and brand presence
