Art Director

As an Art Director, you’ll take ideas from the first strategic spark to the final detail. Working closely with strategists, designers, creatives and clients, you’ll combine strong conceptual thinking with exceptional hands-on design skills. This is a role for someone who loves developing ideas just as much as bringing them to life, creating and delivering outstanding work across a wide range of clients and creative challenges.

Someone with a sharp eye, a distinctive creative perspective and the ability to turn complex challenges into original, relevant and beautifully crafted work. You’re confident presenting ideas, comfortable challenging conventions and generous in collaboration.

You bring solid experience from a creative agency, design studio or similar environment, with a portfolio demonstrating both conceptual strength and outstanding execution. You’re a versatile, digitally minded creative who moves confidently between brand identities, campaigns, communication and experiences. Curious about culture, technology and AI, you’re always exploring new ways to push creativity forward.

You’re based in Stockholm, have experience working internationally and are fluent in Swedish and English.
