Founded in Copenhagen, Pas Normal Studios has grown into one of the more influential brands in contemporary cycling culture, balancing performance, design, and community with a distinctly international presence. As the company continued to scale across wholesale, retail, and digital channels, the need to strengthen the marketing organisation naturally grew alongside it.


Trib partnered with Pas Normal Studios to recruit two key roles in the growing team: a Trade Marketing Manager and a Social Media Manager. While very different in scope, both roles sat close to the core of how the brand continues to evolve commercially and creatively.
