Senior Project Manager

As the company continues to grow, Vyer is strengthening how work is planned, prioritized, and executed across the organization. The focus is on creating alignment, scalability, and efficient collaboration across teams while continuing to move fast and innovate.

In this role, you sit at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer-facing functions. You keep priorities aligned and ensure execution moves from idea to delivery in a structured way.

You lead complex product development initiatives from idea to launch while also shaping how delivery is executed as the organization scales. You work closely with leadership to translate strategy into roadmap and with teams to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Project Manager who can operate across multiple teams and domains. Strong understanding of agile ways of working and product development is required. You work in a scrum-based setup and refine how planning, prioritization, and delivery are done across teams. You introduce structure where it adds value and remove friction where it does not.
