Mips is now looking for an experienced PR Director to help shape how the company communicates its purpose, technology and global leadership. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, working closely with marketing, management and external partners in a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for setting the direction for PR and ensuring that the Mips story is clear, credible and engaging across markets and channels. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global brand where communication is about more than visibility, it’s about safety, science and meaningful innovation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive Mips’ overall PR strategy in line with business objectives
• Ensure consistent, strong and relevant brand messaging from a PR perspective across global markets
• Work closely with the CEO and support spokesperson activities at media engagements, events and industry forums
• Plan and execute global PR initiatives and campaigns, both strategically and operationally
• Measure, analyze and report on PR performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Own and manage the PR budget to ensure efficient use of resources
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans together with the PR Manager
• People leadership for one team member

 

Who we’re looking for:
You are an experienced PR professional with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills. You have a strong track record in media relations, campaign execution, and brand building, and you know how to turn complex innovation into clear, compelling stories. You are a confident and collaborative leader who brings structure, direction, and perspective to the communication agenda, and who thrives in a role where influence, strategy, and long-term brand building are key. Above all, you are motivated by shaping the narrative of a world-class, innovation-driven brand that makes a real impact on safety.
