Appostrophe is a fast-growing startup building a suite of creative mobile apps used by millions worldwide. Their flagship app SCRL is a top-ranked design tool for social media content creation, used and loved by millions worldwide. They’re an ambitious team that enjoys working together in central Stockholm and are looking for more like-minded people to join their mission – to become the Figma for social media creators.

The role

You’ll own how the product drives revenue and long-term value – from shaping pricing and packaging to evolving features that users love. You’ll spot and validate growth opportunities across the entire funnel and work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to ship experiments and improvements that move the needle.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute the monetization strategy, driving measurable improvements in LTV
  • Lead discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation to uncover growth opportunities
  • Identify and optimize initiatives across the funnel: activation → engagement → retention → conversion → expansion
  • Define, monitor, and improve key product metrics tied to usage, retention, revenue impact, and unit economics
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, pricing trials, and funnel optimizations to validate hypotheses
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality features and updates at pace
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to inform future initiatives

We believe you have:

  • Several years of hands-on product management experience, ideally in consumer apps or digital products
  • A strong track record of owning and driving monetization and revenue growth initiatives
  • Experience working with large user bases and high-volume product environments
  • Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) and growth metrics
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
  • The ability to work at a high pace without compromising quality
