In this role, you’ll own Moomin’s global social media strategy – defining their voice, look, and feel across all major platforms. You’ll lead and develop the in-house team, collaborate closely with key creative leads, and drive growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.

You’ll set a clear creative direction, balance ideas with insights, and ensure a consistent brand experience globally. Together with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help keep Moomin culturally relevant while staying true to the heritage people love.
Moomin is looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience leading social media for a global consumer or character brand. You’re hands-on, creative, culturally aware, and skilled at building community.
You’re fluent in English, an inspiring collaborator, and comfortable turning insights into action. Curious, positive, and experimental by nature. Experience with Asian platforms (LINE, WeChat, RED, Naver) is a plus.
