That’s where you come in.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll turn all that energy into focus, building a strong, consistent global brand and ensuring marketing drives measurable growth. You’ll own Waboba’s global marketing and brand strategy, developing initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and sales. You’ll guide the design, social, and content teams, collaborating across markets to maximize both brand visibility and commercial impact. You’ll work closely with leadership to make sure every marketing initiative translates into results, and in a highly creative environment, you’ll set priorities, bring structure, and maintain focus so every idea finds its right place.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and love turning ideas into measurable results. You bring energy, direction, and drive, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You probably have at least 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle, or FMCG. You’ve worked in a global context, preferably with growing international brands, and you’ve been part of taking a company from entrepreneurial beginnings to an international scale-up. You understand both brand building and commercial growth, from storytelling to sales, and you know how to balance creativity with structure. Organized, proactive, and action-oriented, you’re a doer with a strategic backbone who enjoys collaboration but also knows how to drive your own initiatives with confidence and speed.
