We’re now looking for an Interaction Product Designer who is passionate about making digital experiences accessible to everyone – someone who combines structured design skills with genuine care for the user, regardless of ability, assistive technology, or circumstances.
You’re the kind of person who sees the big picture in user flows, breaks down complexity into logical interactions, and ensures that everything works – not just looks good. It’s about building experiences where accessibility is an integral part of the design process, not an afterthought.
Who do we think you are?
- You translate complex needs into clear, understandable interactions.
- You’re familiar with Accessibility and tools like screen readers, color contrast testers, and accessibility validators.
- You work closely with developers to implement accessible components.
- You drive a design process where all users are included from the start.
We’re looking for someone at a mid-level – confident enough to work independently, curious enough to grow with others. A team player who values a good team culture and wants to create robust, inclusive digital services where usability is a mark of quality.
