As an Influencer Campaign Manager, you will execute global influencer marketing campaigns to achieve brand and business goals. You’ll develop clear strategies, ensure efficient execution, and maintain high-quality performance globally and locally.

You’ll be deeply embedded in the internet and popular culture, spotting trends and cultural moments that resonate across regional and local European markets. You love influencer marketing – not just as a channel, but as a cultural driver – and thrive on working creatively and at scale with a diverse creator landscape.

What you will do

  • Execute global influencer campaigns regionally, aligning with global goals and local nuances. Optimize short-form content (TikTok, Reels) and collaborate with creators to deliver engaging, high-performing content.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with top regional influencers and agencies, ensuring campaign vision and deliverables are clearly communicated.
  • Provide creative and strategic input for campaign development. Shape ideas with local teams while ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams, adapting global strategies to local realities and integrating influencer campaigns into broader marketing efforts.
  • Track performance metrics, share insights, and optimize strategies using real-time data.
  • Stay attuned to cultural and internet trends, ensuring campaigns feel fresh, relevant, and embedded in regional culture.

Who you are

You’re a creative strategist, a cultural observer, and a passionate advocate for the power of creators. You’re excited by large-scale collaborations but understand the importance of local nuance. You believe in influencer marketing not just as a tool, but as a cultural phenomenon.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on short-form social content.
  • Deep understanding of the creator landscape and experience managing relationships with influencers and networks.
  • Passion for the internet and popular culture – you’re always tuned in to what’s trending and what’s next.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, ideally with a focus on regional and local European contexts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.
  • It is considered a merit if you have worked in a European market or speak a European language.
