Product Designer

Role Overview:

• Work with a highly skilled team and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for customers.
• A hands-on role with autonomy, ownership, and significant impact on the product.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design process, own projects, and contribute to team development.
• Focus on leading design and user experience efforts as an individual contributor for core parts of the product, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and advocating for users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and user experience efforts for core product features.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate company strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Prioritize and solve complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Pay attention to detail, simplify complex tasks, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Utilize customer insights and feedback to iterate on designs and improve the product continuously.
• Collaborate with the design team to evolve long-term product vision, design systems, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• A couple of years of experience in tech/startups or digital product agencies.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product design (both UX and UI).
• Experience working with developers and product managers to ship applications or software.
• Strong visual design skills, understanding of UX principles, and background in various design disciplines.
• Proficiency in low and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
