
The company is now looking for a senior ecommerce leader who can bring the experience, judgement and ecommerce expertise needed to continue developing that capability.
Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help shape how new products, categories and customer experiences are brought to market, while leading the continued development of the ecommerce experience across customer journeys, merchandising, site architecture, digital product and conversion.
You’ll work closely with brand, product, growth and operations, bringing clear direction and informed judgement to decisions that impact both customers and the business.
Who you are
You’ve built and scaled ecommerce within a premium consumer brand before. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are comfortable operating both at leadership level and in the details. You have clear opinions on customer experience, merchandising, site structure and digital commerce, and know how to turn ideas into action.
You move quickly, make thoughtful decisions and know how to bring in the right people and expertise when needed.
Experience that matters
- Senior ecommerce leadership experience within a premium consumer brand
- Deep expertise in customer journeys, merchandising, conversion and digital experience
- Experience scaling ecommerce through periods of rapid growth in a lean organisation
- Strong commercial judgement and customer understanding
- Experience working across product, brand, marketing and technology
- International experience, ideally with North America as an important market
