Social Media Manager




J.Lindeberg is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their Global Marketing & Communications team in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Social Media Manager at J.Lindeberg, you will play a vital role in the brand’s exciting journey to become one of the world’s most desirable fashion and sportswear brands. You will be responsible for creating and executing their global social media strategy: planning, developing, implementing, managing and monitoring their various channels in order to increase J.Lindeberg’s brand awareness, following and engagement, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. Focus is on top funnel marketing.

Who are you?

We believe that you are a strategic thinker with a creative mindset. You have a can-do attitude and you are curious, driven, and your thirst for social media (and its many trends) never fades. You thrive working in cross-functional teams and you think like a project manager. You are used to working in the social media landscape, staying well updated on different formats(present and future) and you know how different target groups act and behave on different platforms. You are a convincing communicator,  and your English is fluent – both written and spoken. Last but not least you have a big interest in fashion and sports.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Based on brand strategy, setting and executing on strategies for all J.Lindeberg’s social media channels (together with the Digital Brand Manager, whom you will report to)
  • Channels include: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and new relevant platforms (e.g. activations in and around the Metaverse etc.)
  • Managing the social editorial calendar and posting schedule based on the brand’s commercial calendar
  • Evaluating data and making channel specific tactical adjustments of content strategy by relevant insights.
  • Developing, editing, publishing, and sharing content daily
    Suggesting and managing production of new content both in-house and from suppliers
  • Managing day-to-day work and contact with digital agencies
  • Taking care of the community management connected to Social Media
  • Collecting relevant data as well as setting up and reporting on KPIs
  • Together with Digital Brand Manager, liaise with other teams and creatives to create holistic and effective 360 marketing campaigns.
