Sr Product Designer

Legora is one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native startups – and they’re looking for an outstanding Senior Product Designer to join their team and help reimagine how lawyers work. This isn’t just a solid next step – it’s a rare opportunity for someone who has already shipped exceptional products and wants to build something from the inside out, with real ownership.

As the second designer on their team, you’ll take on a high-impact role with full autonomy. You’ll work hands-on across the entire product lifecycle – from exploration and prototyping to shipping polished, production-ready design – in tight collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership.

You’ll also help evolve their design system, build early processes, and contribute to the growing design culture within the company.

They believe you:

• Have a track record of shipping high-quality digital products in fast-moving environments
• Combine strong product thinking with excellent UI, interaction, and visual design skills
• Are fluent in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Can communicate your ideas and lead with design rationale
• Are curious about AI and up to date with the latest in UX and design patterns
