With ≈120 professionals across Stockholm, Oslo, New York, and Chicago—and plans to expand to Amsterdam and London—they are redefining global branding. About the Role

As Client Director, you will manage large-scale client engagements worth +20 MSEK, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, strategists, and designers. You will oversee teams of +10 members, ensuring exceptional outcomes while shaping strategies to drive impactful brand transformation and design initiatives across Kurppa Hosk’s global geographies.

What They’re Looking For

Kurppa Hosk is seeking candidates with 7–10+ years of experience in branding, strategy, or design leadership roles, and significant international experience managing complex, large-scale clients. Strong skills in stakeholder management and overseeing scope, time, and budgets are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal and strategic thinking abilities.

Candidates should embody the values of Grit, Transparency, Essentialism, and Karma, bringing a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the drive to achieve meaningful, long-term impact.

While based in the USA or Stockholm, candidates in Sweden should ideally be open to transitioning to the USA. Native-level English proficiency is required; Swedish is not necessary.
