H&M is stepping into one of its most ambitious brand chapters to date. With more than 100 million followers across social platforms, the company is preparing for a new pace, and social will be the heartbeat of that evolution. Trib is now looking for a Global Social Media Manager who can lead the global social team and push H&M’s presence into a sharper, more culturally attuned, and creatively ambitious future.

The person stepping into this role will be responsible for defining and driving H&M’s global social strategy, turning the brand’s channels into its most powerful storytelling stage. It’s a remit that calls for someone who has already led and scaled social media for a global or fashion-forward brand, and who understands the nuances of building relevance across markets, cultures, and platforms. Someone who not only knows where social is going, but who is ready to shape that direction.
You will guide a team of creatives and strategists, bringing exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to develop high-performing, creatively driven teams. This is a role for someone who moves confidently between fashion, culture, and digital storytelling, understanding how they intersect to build a brand people connect with.
Leading the next chapter of H&M’s global social storytelling
Just as important is a strong command of both organic and paid social, knowing how to balance the two for maximum brand and business impact. A sharp creative instinct is essential, as is a data-driven mindset that translates insights into action. This role requires someone who can zoom out to see the global picture while staying close to platform shifts, audience behaviors, and cultural moments that matter.
For H&M, success will be seen in how the brand grows and engages across social platforms; in the creative performance generated through both organic and paid; in how consistently and powerfully H&M expresses itself across channels; and in the development, engagement, and capability of the team itself. The right candidate will be a strategic driver, a culture translator, and a leader who elevates both the work and the people behind it.
