The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dreams, a pioneer in financial well-being and behavioral science, needed a Product Design Lead to craft digital experiences that inspire, engage, and drive change.<\/p>\n

This role demanded more than design expertise\u2014it required a leader who could translate user insights into business impact, elevate the design team, and drive innovation with both vision and precision. Given the limited talent pool for such a role, it was clear that a traditional recruitment approach wouldn\u2019t suffice.<\/p>\n

Our Approach: Expanding the Search<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some assignments demand that we look beyond the talent community we already know\u2014and this was one of them.<\/p>\n

Rather than waiting for applications, we actively searched, engaged, and built connections with designers who were already thriving in their roles\u2014people who weren\u2019t looking for a job, but might be open to the right opportunity.<\/p>\n

This process wasn\u2019t about volume; it was about precision and persistence\u2014identifying those with the right mix of leadership, product thinking, and creative execution, and then starting real conversations to understand what could make a move meaningful for them.<\/p>\n
