Product Design Lead

We’re partnering with Dreams to find a visionary Product Design Lead who’s ready to make a significant impact on digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, navigating the product lifecycle with agility—knowing when to sketch and prototype, and when to deliver pixel-perfect designs. As a leader, you’ll elevate the team’s ways of working, contribute to scaling the design system, and connect user needs with business goals to create products that truly resonate.
