Senior Product Designer

MetaDesign Stockholm’s looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s equal parts thinker and maker. Someone who can transform messy input into something people immediately understand. Other times, chasing that “I like it, what is it?” feeling.
You’ll join a small, senior team where individual decisions have real impact – on the product, the client, and the broader direction.

The role leans heavily into UI craft, while still requiring strong product thinking. You’ll shape product vision, lead interaction and visual design from concept to launch, define principles, and align teams around a clear direction. Accessibility is a given, not an afterthought, and curiosity around AI is a big plus.
