With a team in Stockholm, currently composed of 50+ people, they are now looking for a modern marketer, taking the role as their CMO.
As their CMO you will be both growing the business and evolving their product through marketing and modern ways of working. You find insights and make decisions from data, combine it with the perspectives and knowledge at hand from the Volumental organization. Together, building a global brand and business success.
As CMO you will both create and own the marketing strategy and roadmap. Together with your team you will implement the marketing strategy, produce and tell irresistible stories about Volumentals products, vision, and impact. You will test your thesis, validate the outcome, and iterate to perfection. And as a leader, you will mentor, inspire, and grow the team of marketers responsible for enterprise/B2B/B2B2C-marketing, social media, PR, and events.
Another fun responsibility is to shape Volumental’s business strategy, as part of the tight-knit management team. To evolve and implement the lead generation strategy for B2B enterprise sales in coordination with the Sales team. And, of course, work collaboratively with the whole organization, to create and launch amazing new products!
