Innit Audio have cracked the code to make all sound heard through headphones truly real and we are thrilled to be helping them find their first Customer Experience Manager. A senior role fundamental to customers’ satisfaction of millions of users on their lifetime journey with Innit TM . Making this journey as good as the transformational aural experience they will hear. Innit TM makes all sound real from music to movies to gaming. Gaming is now truly a virtual reality with players having a quantum leap in enjoyment and personal bests when playing competitive games. Innit defines the word disruptive and is something that every human deserves to experience. Innit is coming to market in Q3 2023 and are now need a smart, creative and innovative Head of Customer Experience who’ll be instrumental in bringing Aural Reality to the millions and millions of people in the world.

Innit is an invention from the leading audio scientist, Bernt Bohmer, and is backed by Swedish venture capital. You’ll join a start up led by seasoned professionals and play a fundamental role in Innit AB’s success.

You’ll be responsible for;

  • Taking the lead within the senior team on setting the vision and values for Innit’s customers.
  • Develop CX strategy and plans that ensure the customer experience is a great as the Innit experience itself.
  • Build platforms, processes to deliver CX plans.
  • Establish balance of internal and external resources to deliver CX plans.
  • Establish performance management systems which measure and drive the best (but not perfect) CX and do so very much from a human perspective.
  • Build these capabilities ahead of initial market entry to one which addresses multiply millions of uses.
  • Be a key player in the business leadership team in delivery of business performance and developing/executing its strategy.

We believe you by now have; 

  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Advantageous, but not a must.
  •  Perhaps led a smaller team and been part of creating new ways of working, implemented new features to the team and been part of shaping the way a company defines and delivers customer satisfactions.
  • Experience of working with customer support providers and supporting platforms, preferably Zendesk.
  • 5+ years of experience of working in an important and influential role in a mid – large company in software sales.
  • By now, you have fine-tuned your top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities and worked integrally with most senior management.
  • Mastered  multitasking with precision and have a great appetite and desire to continuous learning. As a person you’re a self-starter, driven, a true people-person with a high level of enthusiasm and energy. Initially prepared to lead, manage and hands-on doing with less doing as the business grows.
