Your mission will be to oversee the communication in targeted activities and make sure strategies are set, implemented, measured, and followed up on. You will actively analyze data and activities so that the team can constantly optimize the touchpoints in the channels you’ll be responsible for. You will set up rules for how, when, and why communication takes place – all with the donor's perspective in mind.
Also, you will project manage and plan direct marketing, in the forms of direct mail, e-mail, and text messages, and be responsible for planning and creating concepts when it comes to targeted campaigns.
To succeed in this role you probably have some years of experience from similar roles, having worked strategically and hands on with CRM, following up and analyzing marketing activities, you have experience in using tools and systems for targeted communication, and have a good understanding of digital channels and the digital customer journey. You like to stay on top of trends within the CRM and Marketing Automation field. We think you are an analytical and structured do-er, but who most of all is a solid team player who shares the values of the organization. You also need to be fluent in swedish.
