About the role
As a Conversion Optimization Manager your main goal is to improve conversion from web visitors and app downloads to paying players. You will, through analysis and A/B testing, analyze data and act on insights on how they best optimize their offer and player journey to increase conversion.
Who are you?
Your daily activities will include:
- Contribute your expertise in the overall strategy work regarding the free and pro offer, both on the web and in the app
- Analyze traffic flows and outcomes to find potential for improvement based on user behaviors
- Create hypotheses based on data-driven insights
- Plan and carry out A/B tests on an ongoing basis
- Measure, analyze, and report outcomes from your ongoing work
- Work closely with the product team in the concept development of new game modes and functions
