In the role as Web and SEM Manager, you plan and lead the global work (virtual teams) regarding all content on the sites (eight), in close collaboration with marketing managers, content marketers, production agencies and many more.
Traffic flows, content structure, user behavior insights, content publishing, follow-up and analysis.
You are an expert in digital marketing and user experience design. You lead the search engine marketing and traffic optimization, ensuring that relevant traffic is driven to the sites. You have good technical understanding, acting as the claimant in case new functionality or design is needed.
Experience of leading teams is a must. And of course, you have a relevant (academic) education, combined with a great business understanding.
